Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 26 February 2026

This policy applies to purchases made on Gnawar for physical books delivered through courier services.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available only for products received in damaged condition. No refunds are provided for reasons other than verified physical damage.

2. Claim Window

Refund requests for damaged products must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

3. Required Proof

To process a damage claim, customers must share order details and clear photos/videos showing the damaged package and product.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source through Razorpay-supported channels. Processing timelines depend on banking partners and payment networks.
